1. About these terms
These terms govern use of this website and product transactions with PRINITY TRADING SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 202601012423 (1674521-X)). By using the website or submitting an order request, you agree to these terms. Additional written quotation, trade-account or purchase-order terms accepted by both parties may also apply.
2. Product information
We aim to present product names, pack quantities, specifications, variants, prices and images accurately. Images are illustrative and screens may display colour differently. Final brand, model, compatibility, variant and technical details must be confirmed before acceptance where they are material to the order. We may correct genuine typographical or system errors before accepting an order.
3. Prices
Website prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and apply to the stated listing quantity, set, carton, bundle or equipment unit. Unless expressly stated, cart totals exclude delivery, installation, special handling and other charges identified during review. Any applicable tax treatment and final total will be shown in our confirmation or invoice.
4. Order process and acceptance
- You add products to the cart and send an order request.
- We review stock, quantity, compatibility, destination and commercial details.
- We issue a written confirmation, quotation or invoice setting out the final products, charges, payment method and estimated fulfilment.
- A binding order is formed only when we expressly accept it in writing and any stated payment requirement is satisfied.
We may decline or propose changes to a request because of stock availability, compatibility, pricing error, delivery limitations, suspected misuse or another legitimate business reason.
5. Payment
Online product payments are processed by AXAIPAY. Available payment methods are displayed on AXAIPAY’s secure payment page. The amount shown as payable at checkout covers the selected product listings; delivery or special-handling charges may be confirmed separately. A payment is treated as successful only after the transaction is verified with AXAIPAY. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate substitution or refund.
6. Delivery and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Issues, returns and remedies are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.
7. Business buyers
If you order for a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it. Agreed quotations, credit conditions, procurement terms or written trade arrangements may supplement these terms. Where there is a conflict, the specifically agreed written term takes priority to the extent of that conflict.
8. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent information or reproduce substantial website content for commercial use without permission. The PRINITY name, logo, site design, copy and catalogue presentation are owned by or licensed to us, subject to third-party rights in product names and marks.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by misuse or incompatible use of a product, or disruption outside our reasonable control. Any limitation is applied only to the extent reasonable and legally permitted in the circumstances.
10. Governing law and contact
